Brafab is a member of the World Wide Fund for Nature's Global Forest & Trade Network (GFTN). This is an association of national and regional networks of private companies and environmental organisations that have agreed to work for the promotion of responsible forestry and reliable certification.
We prefer to co-operate with suppliers that are also members of GFTN and can deliver wood products with reliable certification or which are making verifiable developments towards achieving reliable certification.
Brafab also co-operates with organisations such as Tropical Forest Trust (TFT) for an organised and controlled forestry. Our goal is that forestry is conducted in a way that guarantees replantation and growth.
Brafab's pine furniture is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). When you purchase FSC marked products, you are supporting the responsible use of forests.
